I was referred to Dave from my aunt when I told her I was looking to buy a house. I am extremely grateful that she told me about Dave he was extremely knowledgeable of the area and prices of houses on the market. He was able to negotiate fair repairs and price not to mention I was using a VA loan and he knew the rules inside and out when it came to what actually needed to be fixed in order to work with my VA loan. He was not only helpful during the whole process but has reached out multiple times after the fact to make sure that everything was still going well. This is something that not every agent does and I couldn't be more happy with everything received from him! If I look to sell a house or buy another in the area he will be the only person I go to because I know I will get the best agent in the area!
