How do I know if my credit is good enough?
There is not just one item that lenders look for, there are a few things they look into. They look at credit scores, and with a credit score of 620 or more you might qualify for 100% financing loans in Utah. They look at your credit history, income, tax returns, time on the job, and more. It is so much easier to talk directly with a good lender then to do the guess work. My lender(s) can tell you if you can or can't qualify and if by chance you can't, they will tell you exactly what you need to do and a possible time frame.

What is the Down Payment, and how much should I expect to pay?
The amount you need for a down payment depends on the type of loan and your financial situation. While 20% is a common benchmark, many buyers put down less—some conventional loans allow as little as 3%, and FHA loans require just 3.5%. With Utah Housing, you may have a no down payment option.
